[BUG} Oracles lens (upgraded) does not reveal Vayne

I dont have video,

I play master yi, my oracle does not reveal vayne when she ult ( I can confirm at least 5 times during the game, I even turn on it before the 1 v 1 fight with vayne, she just ult and jump right next to me and I dont have any vision about her).

I'll save you the trouble of looking through patch notes: Oracle lens do NOT allow you to target stealthed units anymore. They let you see their outlines in the form of red shadows, but you can't target them.
