[GAMEPLAY] Jarvan IV Ult Walls Not Occuring

Hello, I was playing earlier and when I ulted , she charmed me at the same time. I successfully jumped to her location and was charmed at this point--which is fine. However, my ult didn't create any walls--which doesn't seem correct. I don't particularly have a way to recreate this. So, I'm hoping that if anyone else has this issue will add weight to this.

I'm not sure if other loss of control effects cause the same bug.

Cheers.
