A Bug For Riot

Hello Riot, at least I hope that it is riot that reads this. I have found a bug in your game, lol, this is 2015, 29th, July. When I was playing Tahm Kench I tried to buy Righteous Glory so that I could run up to people easy. but when I tried to use it, it did not give me the speed boost that it should have gave me, I tried it in another game with yi and that di not work either, I hope that riot could fix this bug quite fast.
