When laning against Orianna, you cannot CS the minion her ball is on

Hello. I am a low elo so I may not know this to be some sort of norm.

But I noticed while laning against Orianna, EVERY SINGLE TIME (not just once) EVERY time, her ball is over an enemy minion, I cannot CS that minion. Sometimes it can be two minions depending on how its positioned. It can make gameplay a little uncomfortable while sparring against her. Please tell me if she is suppose to be designed this way, or if it is a bug.

Thanks.

Its like a Thresh Lantern when people block you or j4 standard. Not a bug but a pain in the ass. Best of luck.

This same problem exists with Thresh's lantern and Zed's shadow clones. A semi-usable work-around is to use attack-move. If the minion you want to CS is the closest one to you, then attack moving towards it instead of trying to click directly on it will result in your character still attacking it.

She's not using the shield, this is just her ball tossed out as by her attack and floating there and the minions happen to be standing under it?

If that's the case, sounds like a bug. It's not supposed to block shots.
