[CRASH]

so every time I turn on my PC and play my first game of league I would accept the game, then go to champ select and everything was fine until the game enters, then it crashes,and my bar would say 100% but it would crash either way, and now I got ban because of it, please league help me I found a few videos abt solving this but it wouldn't work
