PBE Skins aren't Updated
New to the PBE, is there a reason why the skins aren't updated whatsoever. It says for me, the latest skin released is the star galaxy fizz, kindred, ect...

Riotmoonstones1 votesThe welcome screen often isn't updated, but all skins should be located in the store under skins, in order of release.
