Yorick ultimate bug

Recently I was playing Yorick to try out his buff and after i used the ultimate for the first time i saw that it wasn't in cooldown so I though what would happen if I clicked R one more time, and then puff! Another Maiden has spawned. The video in the link shows the moment that happened.
