Crafting bug, skin not unlocked

Hi, I just encountered a bug while crafting. I wanted to permanently unlock the Gentleman Cho'Gath skin shard from my skins loot while I was in queue for a game. I clicked the "Upgrade to skin permenent" button, the skin showed on the right as well as the "Add to loot/Unlock/Add to inventory" button (don't know exactly what it said). Then suddenly the "Accept" (match) dialog popped up and I accepted the match. After the match I checked for the skin but I don't have it unlocked... Also, the "Upgrade to skin permanent" button is not available any more from the skin shard and I think I'm missing yellow essence, too (not 100% sure about that). Please help! Did you check your inventory after logging out and logging back in? If the skin still isn't there, I'd suggest shooting a ticket over to player support. They'll be able to take a look at your account and figure out where this skin's run off to!
