[CLIENT] Bad Lands Rumble in the crafting screen is missing the blue diamond

When looking at the hextech crafting screen the skin "Badlands Rumble" is labeled as a 1350 skin but does not have the corresponding blue diamond with the skin. I checked the skins section and confirmed the diamond there.
