[GAMEPLAY] Annie summons Tibbers not working

Was just playing a quick bot game with a friend and as we was ending it I could not re-summon tibbers.

He had died under the nexus towers and from then on I couldn't re-summon him again, even after I had died. I tried quick casting and clicking the skill and neither worked.

I had this issue too on an AI game. He died under a turret and I couldn't summon him for the rest of the game. It made a little ping when I clicked R. Hopefully it doesn't happen in a real game?

I just had this two AI games in a row. The game thought I could still control him even though he wasn't on the map, so I couldn't re-cast it for the rest of the game.
