Minion Bug...

I was playing shaco in urf. I was going to assasinate someone mid so when I was walking to mid I saw this and instantly took a screenshot. When the enemy team pushed down mid the minion would attack them but they couldnt kill it and it also wouldnt move. I clicked on the minion a little after and the moving minions. The minion stuck there was lvl 3 and the moving minions were lvl 9.
