Quinn Blind bug [GAMEPLAY]

This bug has to deal with Quinn's "Q" "Blinding Assault" (ACTIVE: Quinn commands Valor Valor to fly forwards in a line, stopping when he collides with a unit and dealing physical damage and applying nearsight for 2 seconds. Non-champion targets are disarmed instead for the same duration). It us my understanding that champions are not blinding, however they have near sight similar to what graves smokescreen would do. However, I have noticed recently that every time I play renekton Quinn's Q seem to do much more than apply near-sight. If I try to Stun Quinn with Renekton's W as I'm being hit by the quinn Q it pops up on the screen saying "blinded", puts the skill on CD and also takes the rage. Now this is frustrating because either the tooltip is wrong about what her ability actually does, or this is a bug in big favor to quinn.
