Clan not showing up

Hello, I have created a club before they were down for a week or two, and when they came back online my club is not showing up on my client. to other members I am still the owner, but I cannot rejoin my club in my menu.

I possess this same issue. I am clan leader. I don't show up on my friends clan chat either. Please something.
