crash while i join game

When i tried to play my game was keep crashing while i was joining a game and i also got banned being afk for no reason just due to a game crash. I crashed twise today 18/7/2019 in a ranked game in which i got the ban for being afk and in an aram. If any programer of riot read that help me or take my ban off. Preciate this.
