Unable to see the loading screen

So whenever i try to enter a game when it comes to loading screen, a black screen shows up with 1366x768 60hz , even when then game starts it's the same i can only hear sounds with the black screen, eventually bug splat appears and the game starts normally that usually happens at the beginning of the game it's stays for like 15 min wasting the entire early game for me, hope anyone can help me.
