Champion Stat Display Bugged

I've been playing league for a month or so, trying to wait this thing out, but after a few updates it's still lingering, so I wanna ask about it. When I left-click a unit (Champ, minion, monster, whatever) the display window for that unit in the top left is a mishmash of displays that looks like a tv that loses reception. Has anyone else had problems with this? I haven't been able to find anything else on this anywhere else.
