[Client/Crash] Bug With LCU+New Summ Icon+Ingame

With the new client open in the background, in the middle of the game, I got a notification that Riot awarded me something. My game crashed completely and in the client it told me I was awarded a fancy new Demacia summoner icon! Thanks! Too bad it happened in the middle of a teamfight and got me killed haha. After reconnecting to the game, my game continued to crash every couple of minutes because of this notification, and I missed a vital teamfight because I crashed in bot lane and wasn't near Baron in time for the teamfight because I was reconnecting. Needless the say, not what I like to see in my 1-1 promo game.

Since I no longer have the notification I can't try to recreate the bug myself; nor do I recommend anyone else try it. Basically if I were to try to repeat it, I'd just do exactly what happened. Have a summoner icon gifted from Riot, close your client completely while ingame, open client and log back in and see the "You received a gift!" message. After reconnecting and playing for a few minutes it closes game to pop up and say you received a gift from Riot containing the new summoner icon. After going 'ok, cool, thanks' and reconnecting to the game, will occasionally crash game the same way.
