Missing Capsule

I got to Lv 28 and of course I was rewarded a Capsule for it. I went to open the capsule and got an error message. Something along the lines of "Something wrong with the hextech tool, logging out should resolve the issue, but if not blah blah."

So I logout and back in. But my capsule is gone. I thought ok maybe I'll just get it when I play the next game. Nope. Now I'm nearly Lv 29 and I'm missing a capsule. If I don't get (2) capsules when I hit 29 I'd say it's M.I.A. and would like another one.
