this has been a bug for a while but it seems rito wont fix it cause they would have to rebalance heimey again so they would rather have his turrets occasionally drop aggro or shoot way outside their range

It's only a visual bug, the turret shots don't deal damage when they hit. So very unlikely Riot will ever fix this.

its not just on aram and they do deal damage. I had an ally heimer and enemy zed and zed switched shadows from our turret mid and started running to his turret mid. The ult turret followed him all the way and killed him there.

When heimer's on your team lol.

Agreed with you Licojee because I was getting assist when the turrets hit the enemy team too, so I believe they were dealing damage.
