this has been a bug for a while but it seems rito wont fix it cause they would have to rebalance heimey again so they would rather have his turrets occasionally drop aggro or shoot way outside their range
It's only a visual bug, the turret shots don't deal damage when they hit. So very unlikely Riot will ever fix this.
