New clients behavior when you level up

Hello dear Riot,

Recently i discovered that your new client behaves strange when i lvl up. Generally you unlock a mastery point and a rune slot, but when i open up my mastery/rune panel after i level up no changes have occured (no points gained towards masteries and no rune slot has been unlocked). Could you please take a look on that one. Thanks in advance.
