Tooltips errors/tooltips that haven't been updated for S6

In patch 5.22 notes teleport got its channel time increased to 4s from 3.5s, but the tooltips in-game/client still states 3.5s, did the nerf actually came through or not?

In the client, Akali's profile tips states Sword of the Occult, this item has been removed from the game, please update this tip.
