Sion ult problem, full control of ult plz fix [GAMEPLAY]

So i was playing a casual game and i was laning against Sion. it was pretty even but when Sion reached level 6 he said "hacks activated" and about 2 minutes later he ulted and totally missed it so i thought i was fine but then he did a full 180 degree turn and killed me and throughout the whole game he was trolling with his ult just like the sion in the video . I don't know if this is a bug but riot plz fix. p.s. i never noticed anything unusual in his build or anything.

I know that this is a 'bug' however, this is EXACTLY the way I feel as if his ulti should work!

LOL, thats just 100% hacking flat out, I'd love to see someone try and explain that: "Maybe...... Sion is made of clay in this one game?" Even though I'd love to personally run around Riven is circles, I would get banned for doing it. That clearly isn't a bug if the Sion would state "Hacks activated."

Yeah, this is a huge problem, the only thing worse than this is how his ult is also bugged when working with player made terrain. If they cast it and you hit it right as it appears, you get deflected completely off of it instead of stunning yourself like normal. I had a Trundle in ARAM put his Pillar under me and turn me literally 180 degrees and run back past two towers right into my nexus.
