Client / Game not letting me play the game

So, after patching to 7.19 today, I decided to play an ARAM. The client first crashed on me but reopening it soon after fixed the issue. So I then, try starting a game up again. This time, I get to champ select, get my champ, runes, and masteries set the way I like. Now the Game won't load (Stuck trying to load in the players into the game. I reset the game again. usually this will fix it, however not this time. Now it won't let me get into the loading screen to play. So, I gave up, and about a minute later the audio starts playing, but STILL NO GAME! I was logged out at this point. I have accepted that whenever there is a patch, I expect a bug, but this is totally not allowing me to play the game.

If there is a fix for this, please help.
