Kai'sa bug after upgrading ability

Hello, I bought Kai'sa few days ago and I am already confused. When I upgrade any ability on second stage(100 ad,100 ap,100% as) a white rectangle appears. You can see it on pictures. It happens on Twisted treeline and Summoners Rift too so it is not problem of Blitz. I am using Macbook Pro Retina 13.

I've gotten that rectangle as well on other champions. I reported it last patch. Pretty sure this new feature is here to stay.

Happens with Kha'zix as well. Very annoying. It starting happening after the last patch.
