Visual Bug on Leona's Ultimate

Leona's ultimate casts properly but you can't see the beam of light striking down when it's casted. (apparently visible to some players, but not all) Only a visual bug, the ultimate itself works perfectly fine though :) Please take a look if possible. Happens somewhat frequently (approx. 6/10 times).
