[Gameplay] Mouse gets stuck to the side of the screen while playing

Once or twice each game, my cursor gets stuck to the left side of my screen for about 3-10 seconds. I tried changing the league settings to borderless window instead of fullscreen, and I also tried to change what side of the screen my taskbar was on, but either way the mouse still stuck to the left side.

Any help would be appreciated!
