Can't press in league

I literally can open league, even though clicked run as administrator(which work normally work if league wouldn't open) Double clicked on the app icon yet it still didnt open.

Also, even if I did manage to click in, the home page will be a black page, my profile icon is gone with the level and the name beside it. I cannot press PLAY and when I click on my COLLECTION or PROFILE, nothing is to be seen, its shows that its loading but after a long period of time, its still loading.

ANYONE PLEASE HELP!
