Network error/Direct X error [CRASH]

Okay so im having a problem. This has never happened before and idk what went wrong, but i keep having network error issue or direct x error. It happens when im trying to go play, usually the game crashes and gives me network error, sometimes direct x. I cant reconnect or the game crashes more. I dont have any network issues, i have a good network and this problem isnt on any other game like pubg, csgo etc. Sometimes i can reconnect to the game, but my fps is like 2 and i cant usually even move. My lol never did this before. This started yeasterday ingame when it started to lag and freeze, minions moved but spells and other stuff didnt show. i got few attempting to reconnect messages and next game i just couldnt even get in the game. I cleaned my computer, downloaded everything again, updated my drivers, checked internet connection but nothing is workin what can i do please help im obsessed with this game ;_;

EDIT: and btw tried repair tool but it just keeps crashing
