Fiora - Q then auto attack bug

So I noticed when using fiora that if you use Q (lunge) on baron nashor after casting fiora will walk back to her original position where Q was cast. (Missing the chance for a few auto attacks). It may also happen against enemy champions but because I have slow internet it's hard to see if it does.
