Eturnum Rek'Sai skin missing????

dear Riot,

i recently acquired eternum rek'sai through the skin shard system, i had gathered 2 shards and decided to use essence to upgrade the skin to perm. however upon loading into a lobby for ARAM as rek'sai, the game said i had not yet purchased the skin. Is this a bug? because i had already disenchanted the second shard into essence and am unable to reacquire the skin.

Have you double-checked to make sure the skin permanent is not still in your crafting inventory?
