In game bugging and lagging

Since few days ago my game randomly starts acting like crazy. Camera keeps locking, options windows opening, sometimes fps drops to 0 and I can only hear whats going on. I cant cast spells unless I click them with my mouse and target. I think its the new patch. It sometimes happens 2 times per game, although its just one time. Is this a known problem? If not then I report a bug!
