Hextech: no chests?

Me and the people I get matched with in random games, have gotten S's but I have gotten no chests. I have all 4 for the month seeing as I haven't played in a couple weeks.

Two things:
1.) You do not get chests when a random teammate gets an S grade. You need to be in a premade queue with the person who gets an S grade in order to receive a chest.
2.) You can only get one chest per champion per season, so if you are playing a champion that you have already earned a chest on, then you cannot receive another chest on that champion until next season. To check if you have earned a chest on a certain champion, go to the champions tab in your summoner profile. Any champion who has a thick golden border around their icon are champions you have already earned a chest with, and will not be able to get another chest on that champion.
Also, whenever you receive a chest through a premade teammate getting an S grade, the chest you receive is for the champion that you are playing, not the one your friend is playing. This means that if you are playing a champion you have already gotten a chest with and your premade friend gets an S grade with a champion you have not gotten a chest with, you will still not get a chest.
if you already have a chest for the champs they or you are using then you cant get a chest with them anymore this season. 1 chest per champ. no matter if you use them of not.
