Unsealed spellbook bug

So lately, I've been running j4 top with spellbook, and it bugs out whenever I try to change it. For example, in my past 2 games, I'd try to change my summoner spell to tp, but it would still show ignite, and when I wouldl try to switch to tp, it would tell me that I'm already using tp despite showing ignite, and i'm unable to change it to tp ever. Please help :(
