[Client] Patch 6.6 group, chat, and notification buttons switching states

My client was patched 6.6 today, but now in the client display the chat, group, and notification buttons switch from being buttons to nothing every second. It looks like they are switching between an active button(light blue box around icons), de-active button(gray box around icons), and no button at all(no box around icons). Since it is in this state, I am unable to select any of these buttons.

I have killed the client and restarted it and the buttons continue to have the same issue.
