Every time you bug splat, don't close the prompt. Screenshot the screen and make sure your time and date is shown. Then if you get banned(for Remakes due to bug splats) put a support ticket in to riot with the screenshots linked.
If you are consistently getting bugsplats, then I'd suggest checking out the guide Riot has on their support page here if you haven't already. You may find a solution there.
Alternatively, you could make a thread in the Help & Support board to try and find help there. The regulars there could very likely help you find a solution as well.
