League magically kicks me out after multiple attempts at figuring a lag problem (possibly) [CLIENT]

Played a game as thresh and while playing I seemed to get a few spikes here and there, currently its around 2:30 AM so it worried me a bit due to the fact I know that no one in my family is playing anything that could be bandwidth intensive, suddenly my connection magically lost it self so, due to having a very bad provider in the past, I knew exactly what to do when it came to this. Tab out, check task manager for anything malicious, then do multiple ping tests and ping my router through CMD. Everything I did came up normal, keep in mind it was showing a 15-20 Mb download speed which is well over what I needed. Yet whatever I tried I could not manage to get anything lower then a dc or 500 ms (ping). Still trying and trying I decide to run down and restart my router, but nothing happens still. After that the game magically closes itself and then asks me to reconnect, it does this 3 times until I just tell my team "If I get dc'ed again I'm going to sit this one out" and I get kicked out of the client again and now I'm writing here.

Practically:

1 - I had a fairly stable connection having more than enough download speed to play the game. 2 - I had done all I could've to check myself for any issues or problems. 3 - I couldn't do anything else and am here asking for anything help on my issue.
