Bonuses disappear at mid/late game - TFT

Im having trouble with the bonuses from the classes and orgins disappear in late game. They just vanish on the left side of the board and the effect wear off. I can get it back again but then i have to take every character off the board and in again and that takes to much time and i have no time over to get anything done. Have had i like this for the last 3 days and i think that it might be connected with games when i get a champ to become something else with a spatula.

Is anyone else having this trouble with this bug?
