Ban for service crash (no passive agressive notes)

I've been in draft game and while we were banning champions one player on enemy team idled. The counter stayed on 0 for about 10 seconds. Then I've got messege that the service crashed. I was returned to team managment menu, where I've been told I have idled and therefore I'll be banned from games for five minutes.
