Veiger's "dark matter" Hits champions after flashing away; Similar problems with Kog'maw ult.

Veiger's "dark matter" still hits champions when they are out of range. I have noticed similar problems with Kog'maw's "living artillery". It has happened several times where I will have flashed away or through these abilities and am well out of range, but still get hit with the ability.
