Failed to Connect|Never Loading in|Cannot Reconnect HELP

I proceed through Character select perfectly, although once I start loading in Things get messed up.

So right as the league logo pops up and my screen turn black to transition to the character loading screen, it stays black FOREVER. I get the failed to connect error, and the bugsplat doesn't come up. The only way I can connect to the game is to completely restart meaning I need to leave the game. Therefore I have gotten like 15 games worth of low priority Queue. So plz HELP.
