Ranked Duo/Solo Queue Bug

Often when i invite a friend to a ranked match i got this problem, he accepts and joins the room, but his icon or his nick doesnt appear for me in the room, but i know he is in because he still able to chat in the room chat. Once he says something i can sure click on Start. I guess it shouldnt be like that and wanted to report, please tell me if i am at the wrong place. Thanks
