This morning I've started getting bug splat errors after champion select but before the game client opens. After the final countdown finishes, the pvp.net client minimizes and the screen goes black for a moment before the game client opens. The game client then immediately closes before any champion icons or borders or names or summoner spells are displayed. (This error did cost me a provisional game, since the /remake command issues a loss)

Rid yourself of the pests which harass your gameplay by using the Bug & Crash Exterminator. Kha’Zix and Elise won’t know what hit ‘em.

Did you ever solve this? I have same issue as we speak, and Riot's tripple-chinned customer service team is taking their sweet time responding to any of my individual splat requests.
