[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo Windwall does not block all projectiles.

This issue seems to occur most frequently against champions with targeted spells, but I have seen it reproduced in a variety of situations. Windwall activates, but does not block projectiles that pass through it. Specific examples from my latest game include - Annie (Basic Attacks) Annie Q Fiddlesticks E Corki Q

This bug is not a visual or display bug as multiple people on the enemy team confirmed the occurrences. In my past 30 minute game it occurred a total of five times that I am aware of and impacted the game significantly in two of these instances. It seems to occur more often the closer the projectile is to yasuo when activating the windwall, in addition to activating it when the particle is already in motion (as with fiddle E or Annie Q)

Probably lag, the only thing I've seen that goes thru is TF cards (bug?)

I know for a fact his windwall can't block Vel'Koz's ult because its an ongoing ability and not a projectile. My guess would be that somehow these thing aren't counted as a projectile either even though they're suppose to.

Champs I don't play often. Annie fireball should be blocked, but not her aoe flamethrower (not a projectile) fid E should be, likely a bug assuming it didn't just bounce around the wall. CorkI Q, which one is that? If it's his gating gun thing I don't believe it is a projectile but rather a repeating aoe field. His bombs and ult missiles though should block.
