[GAMEPLAY] Fizz Bot in Bot match

The last few bot matches I've played had Fizz in them in the bot lane. and both times he just stood there in lane. not attacking, not running or even auto-ing. Then in the last game, he was completely AFK. He just stood in the enemy nexus. I have no clue how to recreate this bug.

Also while playing there was several graphical errors, confirmed by others on our team. Black bars that didnt move in the background, but could be covered up by the pointer (meaning it wasn't my monitor dying, thank god)
