Account tranfer bug?

I had this account on nordic and east. I wanted to tranfer it to EUW, so i could play with my friends - 20$ - 2600rp. I purchsed it, logged out and tryed to log in ON EUW. And when i tryed to log in i couldn't ''Your account is in the progress to tranfering, please wait a few minutes'' 12 hours later the same thing happend :c. Later i was chekcing the community and saw someone with the same problem, he waited like 2 - 4 hours, wrote a ticket and RIOT GAMES Deleted he's account, and gave him back the money he spend... But, i do not own the email to my account - I dont have it, and that's bad, is there someone who can help me in this sitoration, what can i do, to at least get some of my money back. I litrually spend 20$ for deleting my account :C Sorry for bad English.
