[CLIENT] X button does not work

Every time I try to log off , and close league by using the "x" button in the top right side of the client, it does not respond and i instead have to right-click on the LoL icon in the task-bar and close it there. I started having this problem in patch 6.9 [zombie-nunu-tears]
