[CLIENT] RUNE PUCHASES

When you have purchased all tier 1 and 2 runes, your rune inventory gets maxed and you become no longer able to purchase tier any more 3 runes at some point.

I had to get help from support to fix my account, but the only way they were able to fix it in the mean time was to delete my tier 1 and 2 rune with no compensation. (not really upset about it, i had them because i have completionist mentality, and its only a hundred ip at most).

I'm not sure how your coding is set up but it SEEMS like an easy fix to increase players max rune so other player don't run into this issue at some point.
