[CLIENT] In Game Timers Longer Than Should Be

On the normal client, my timers for friends that are in game are much larger than they are supposed to be.

1. Open League of Legends Client
2. Log in
3. Have friend who is in a game
4. Mouse over in game friend's name to see how long they have been in game
5. The time shown is much longer than person has been in game

I opened and closed my client many times and this problem persisted. I asked some of my friends if they were also having this bug and they were not
