My skin shard disappeared.

Hi, I got a Azir SKT Skin from the Hextech Chest, used Orange Essence to permanently unlock it but forgot to click on the big unlock permanently button because queue popped up, I accepted the queue and it brought me to champion select. Now after the game, I check in my loot inventory where I couldn't find the skin shard, and I don't see the Azir SKT Skin unlocked either. Not sure if it's a bug or it's just because I didn't click the button at all.
