GAMEPLAY-----Fiora's Ult on sion broken. no ult for the rest of the game.

After playing Fiora in a match, i discovered that when i ulted Sion and he 'died', that the aoe healing effect never hit the ground. My ult was also stuck on him the entire game. Just the graphic effect, none of the true damage 'panels' on him could be proc'd though. Whenever i tried to ult someone else when it wasn't on cooldown, nothing happened. No panels came up, no heal, no procs. Nothing. period. So ulting him cost me the ability to use my ult for the rest of the game. Please fix this issue. I love the new rework, and i think she actually takes some skill to play now. She's actually fun. But not having my ult for 75% of the game isn't fun.
